All of our products are hand-crafted in Wellington and sent using NZ Post Courier.

Target delivery times are 1-2 days for nationwide, and slightly longer for Rural Delivery addresses. 

Subject to post network overload and Covid 19 restrictions, there can be delays to target delivery times. 

Since each order is made after placed, please allow time for production. Orders will be sent within 72 hours after placed. We'll send you email to confirm once shipped. Thanks for your patience!

We currently offer North Island shipping at $6, South Island shipping at $8, rural shipping at $10.

Free Shipping when spend NZ$100 or more.

We provide free home delivery service within 20km from Johnsonville, Wellington.
